Rules the AI follows
- No outbound AI voice calls. In the US, AI voices count as "artificial voice" and need prior consent (FCC, Feb 2024). The UK bans automated marketing calls without consent.
- Say it's an AI in the first sentence. This is an EU AI Act duty since 2 Aug 2026, and Utah, Maine and California require it too.
- Ask before recording. All-party consent applies in about 10 US states, and Germany treats recording without consent as a crime.
- No passwords by voice. Access only through official sign-in links.
- No scraping Google Maps or LinkedIn for leads. Both terms of service forbid it.
