Bottom line

What changed after the deep dives

Idea v1 score Verdict What changed Next move
I1 Apify 27 Keep, narrowed Big clusters are taken. Gaps are mid-size niches with weak leaders: Trends, Hotels, TikTok ads, Ads Transparency. Agents pick by title words first Build the TikTok ads, Google Ads Transparency, LinkedIn Ad Library and transcript actors
I2 Prozorro 27 Keep, sharpened Incumbents already sell AI checks for ~100 UAH a tender. The real market is ~42k competitive FOP bidders, not 115k. Rejection data is public Lead with defect history plus a "24-hour rescue" and a written guarantee; subscription, not arbitrage
I12 Atlassian 20 Up 0% fee until $1M; crowded shelf but dated openings (293 frozen Connect apps lose support 31 Jan 2027) Pass vendor checks, then ship Diagram Blocks
I10 Product media 22 Reworked Generic AI media apps: median 0 reviews; Shopify and Google give generation away Build ProofCut: proven formats from real photos and reviews, no runtime model
I5 Ad-intel 24 Keep, reframed Data resale banned; faceless teardown channels barely grow Free rankings, paid kits and community on Whop; check Meta's ID verification first
I6 Open source 24 Down 0.3% of 2026 video repos reach 1,000 stars; HeyGen gives a renderer away Publish video-dna and shorts-qa as distribution
I7 Characters 23 Option AI-made isn't the problem, sameness is; ~3% chance of $10k by month 24 (estimate) Two pilots, decide on 30 Nov 2026

Where the AI compute runs

Idea Claude Code subscription (operator) Runtime: no model Runtime: customer-side Needs your yes
I1 Apify Builds and maintains actors, writes READMEs All scrapers; transcripts via open-source speech models on Apify compute billed to the customer AI-answer checker on the customer's own key Paid-provider mode for the AI-answer checker (off by default)
I2 Prozorro Builds the system; could read each tender's documents once (20–60 a day) Signatures, dates, registries, document presence, local OCR on the customer's files Optional: the customer pastes a checklist into their own AI Reading documents with your subscription (D1), or Azure credits or another provider
I5 Ad-intel Writes teardowns, kits and the weekly issue (your own content) Rankings from official ad-library APIs Open-source MCP server on the customer's own Meta token None
I6 Open source Builds repos and docs, answers issues shorts-qa checks video-dna runs on the user's own agent and keys None (hosted tier = render and check minutes, no model)
I7 Characters Scripts, edits, publishing (your own content) Characters rigged in code — None for Claude; image, voice and video tools cost ~$3–6 an episode
I10 ProofCut Builds and supports the app Template renders from the merchant's photos and reviews Possible later: merchant's own generation key AI motion or voiceover billed as Shopify usage charges (D2)
I12 Atlassian Builds plugins and answers support All ten proposed plugins Rovo actions: the customer's Rovo agent and credits do the reasoning None (Atlassian-hosted models bill the developer, so they're ruled out)

  B --> Q{"Paid model at runtime?"}
  Q -->|"only with your yes"| Y["I2 document reading, I10 AI motion, I1 paid mode"]
  Q -->|"default"| X["Off"]

Why this matters: under your billing rule, Claude runs only on your subscription and only as the operator. Designing products so the customer's own agent does the thinking also keeps margins near 100% and removes the per-customer model cost entirely. That is the main reason the Apify, Atlassian and open-source plays lean towards agents.

Go/kill gates (from the tabs):

Your one-time setup

  1. FOP group 3 with a USD account, plus Payoneer (all ideas).
  2. Apify: billing details, ID photo, wire payout to the FOP account (I1).
  3. Atlassian vendor account: company-domain email, Stripe Identity check (an ID check only, not a Stripe account), bank details. Confirm that a Ukrainian account works (I12).
  4. Meta developer account and Ad Library API identity check. This decides whether I5 gets legal EU reach data.
  5. monobank internet acquiring for UAH subscriptions (I2).
  6. Shopify Partner account and payout method (I10).
  7. Whop seller account with UAH payout (I5).
  8. YouTube channel: phone verification, Cloud project set to "In Production" (I7, I5 video).
  9. Own Spine licence if I7 uses rigs in code ($69 or $379).

Decisions only you can make

D1

Let Claude Code read public tender documents for I2

What it means: your subscription reads each tender's Word documentation once (about 20–60 tenders a day in 2–3 niches). It turns them into a public checklist that every bidder sees.

Why it's a decision: it is operator work on public data, but the output serves paying customers, and volume could hit subscription limits.

Alternatives: a rules-only MVP (weaker checklists), Microsoft Azure credits via the Ukrainian Startup Fund, or a non-Anthropic provider.

D2

Allow optional paid AI features, billed to customers

What it means: I10 could offer AI motion shots and voiceover as Shopify usage charges, and I1's AI-answer checker could have a paid mode. Both are off by default.

Why it's a decision: it uses a non-Anthropic provider per use, with the cost passed to customers.

D3

Appear on camera or record a voice once

What it means: 30+ minutes of voice for a clone, or a few face videos.

Why it's a decision: in the ad-intel niche, audiences follow people on camera. Without a face or voice, I5 leans on data nobody else publishes, and growth is slower.

D4

Pick a company domain for Atlassian and Paddle

What it means: paid Atlassian apps need a company-domain email, and Paddle reviews every domain you sell from. One domain for all products avoids repeat reviews.

D5

Lawyer review for one-time I2 outreach emails

What it means: emailing companies that just received a defect notice or a rejection, once, with an opt-out. It's the most targeted channel, but legally grey. The safe default is to skip it and use the "Why did I lose?" lookup and opt-in alerts.

D6

Confirm rights to reuse partner code

What it means: some video and Spine2D code was built for Vortex, and some Shopify parts for Bettter. Clear rights speed up I6, I7 and I10. Otherwise I rebuild those pieces from scratch.
