I5 · Ad-intelligence data asset — deep dive

Cards have Go deeper, Maybe and Kill buttons. Press Send feedback to save. Your marks from all tabs collect at the end of each page.

Prepared 2026-10-20 from four research notes and a read of your MediaMagic and LevchykUGS code. Estimates are labelled.

Bottom line

Data you can legally use

Only EU transparency data gives a performance signal (reach); elsewhere you only see how long an ad ran.

Source Signal Coverage Commercial use Cost You today
Meta Ad Library API EU reach, total and by country, age and gender; targeting; payer; run dates All ads shown in the EU or UK in the past year; political ads worldwide for 7 years Analysis and commentary are fine; reselling data is banned Free; ID check + developer app Not used
Meta web Ad Library (scraping) Active ads worldwide, start date, copy, landing pages, media All countries Banned by Meta's Terms, logged in or out $0.00015–0.0058 per ad on Apify Yes, via a third-party actor

The market and its gaps

Tool Price per month Already sells Gap left for you
Gethookd $29–129 ($19+ yearly) 22M active Meta ads, MCP, transcripts, "Clone Ads" statics No TikTok, no video
Foreplay $59–459 100–200M ads, API (10k credits a month free), MCP, scripts, briefs Niche verdicts, video
Atria $129–959 (yearly billing) AI tags for hooks, angles and personas; 600 MCP calls on its entry plan; statics Price
adlibrary.com €29–329 Impressions, spend estimate, "heat" score, variant grouping, replication briefs Community, video
AdHeart $69–89 EU reach filter, gambling search English-language depth
Swipekit ~$39–99 Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn libraries; API and MCP on every plan Data depth
Minea, PiPiAds, BigSpy ~$25–499 Dropshipping, TikTok, app ad search Depth
Motion $999+ Analytics on your own ad accounts, AI tags, MCP Too pricey for small buyers
MagicBrief Closed 31 Jul 2026 Team joined Canva Former users need a new home

Prices on 20 Oct 2026: Gethookd, Foreplay, Atria, adlibrary.com, AdHeart, Swipekit, Minea, PiPiAds, BigSpy, Motion. The market is mid-sized: Foreplay ≈ $1.2M a year, Motion ≈ $7.4M (modelled — GetLatka, GetLatka).

Gaps worth owning:

  1. Finished AI-UGC video remakes of winners. Every "clone" feature found stops at statics, scripts or briefs.
  2. One niche, with verdicts. Tools sell a search box; Foreplay's "Experts" page still says "Coming Soon" (Foreplay).
  3. Free public rankings. Every competitor gates its data behind a trial.
  4. Price. A $39 analysis tier sits under the $59–129 tools.

No longer gaps: MCP access, hook tagging, EU-reach filters, static clones, transcripts. A Skool look-alike, "Admode AI" (155 members), already pitches "AI ads built on Meta winners, made in Claude" (Skool).

Open the mockup: a sample Monday issue, the free board and plans (fictional brands).

I5.1

Monday Scalers: free weekly issue and daily data shorts

What it is: A free Monday email plus daily 30–45-second videos and carousels: the ads that grew EU reach fastest this week in one niche, each torn down (hook, angle, why it works, what to steal) and linked to its library page.

Who uses it (people or agents): Media buyers, DTC founders, creative strategists, UGC creators.

Evidence of demand: Breakdown newsletters reach 130k readers (Marketing Examples) and 155k+ (DTC Newsletter) (Marketing Examples; DTC Newsletter). Motion uses a gated trends report as its lead magnet (Motion).

Why we can win: Nobody publishes free weekly EU-reach rankings; faceless channels repost clips without data.

Build effort (AI): 5–7 days: ingestion, scoring, templates, posting to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn ("Share on LinkedIn", 150 calls a day — Microsoft) and X ($0.015 per post — X).

Compute: Scoring: no model. Teardowns and scripts: your Claude Code subscription. Email: beehiiv free plan, up to 2,500 subscribers (beehiiv).

Pricing & revenue estimate: Free. Targets (estimate): 300 subscribers by day 30, 2,500 by month 4. Later, tool affiliate links may add $100–500 a month (Foreplay pays 20% for 12 months, via PayPal — Foreplay).

First step: Ship issue 1 on Monday 2 Nov 2026 for EU skincare and supplements.

I5.2

Public EU scaling board

What it is: A free site, one page per niche, ranking ads by 7-day EU-reach growth with run length, live variants, a hook label and a link to each library page.

Who uses it (people or agents): Buyers researching a niche; AI assistants citing live data.

Evidence of demand: Live first-party data still earns clicks and AI citations while republished data loses traffic (DirectoryGems); TikTok's free Top Ads proves the "sorted by reach" format (TikTok).

Why we can win: Competitors gate everything; free rankings with commentary are allowed, paid rows are not.

Build effort (AI): 3–4 days on Cloudflare Pages, rebuilt daily.

Compute: No model; labels are precomputed on your Claude Code subscription.

Pricing & revenue estimate: Free; feeds I5.1 and the kits. No Google data on it.

First step: Build the skincare and supplements pages from 2 weeks of API data.

I5.3

Niche winner kits

What it is: A download per niche: 50 scaling ads torn down, 100 opening hooks, 20 remix briefs and a test plan, refreshed quarterly.

Who uses it (people or agents): UGC freelancers, small DTC brands, junior media buyers.

Evidence of demand: Similar Gumroad kits sell for $9.99–139, the priciest "updated every month" (Gumroad; Gumroad search). Ad-creative Skool groups hold 1k–15k members (Skool).

Why we can win: Built from verified EU-reach winners in one niche, not generic templates.

Build effort (AI): 3–5 days for the first kit, then 2 days per niche.

Compute: Your Claude Code subscription.

Pricing & revenue estimate: $39, or $99 for 3 niches. Estimate: 10–25 sales in month 1 and 40–80 a month by month 6 if the list grows.

First step: Kit 1 on Whop by 6 Nov. You sell analysis, not supplements: keep health claims out of templates.

I5.4

AI-UGC remake kit

What it is: Ten winning ad structures, each remade as a finished AI-UGC video for a fictional brand, with the exact prompts, shot list, voice script and edit file to recreate it for any product.

Who uses it (people or agents): Brands and freelancers making AI-UGC with tools like Higgsfield, Kling or Veo.

Evidence of demand: Gethookd, Atria and adlibrary.com stop at statics or briefs (Gethookd; Atria; adlibrary.com); AI-UGC prompt packs already sell on Gumroad.

Why we can win: Your video stack already ships finished films with native speech.

Build effort (AI): 5–7 days per kit, including generation and QA.

Compute: Scripts: your Claude Code subscription. Video: the non-Anthropic credits you already pay for, once per kit, never per buyer.

Pricing & revenue estimate: $79, or $99 with a niche kit. Estimate: 5–15 sales a month at first; measure video cost per kit in week 2.

First step: Remake 3 structures from issue 1 as a free sample.

I5.5

Scaling Room

What it is: A paid Whop space: every teardown across 3 niches, a mid-week "new scalers" issue, a monthly niche report, 30% off kits, and a chat the AI answers from the library.

Who uses it (people or agents): Media buyers and small brand teams wanting conclusions, not a search box.

Evidence of demand: Media Buying Academy has 14,845 Skool members; a UGC creative-strategy group charges $80/month (Skool). But AI Video Bootcamp charges $9/month (Skool) and tools start at $19–59.

Why we can win: A weekly data asset nobody else has, priced below the tools.

Build effort (AI): 2–3 days; Whop's Forums app emails every post, so it doubles as the paid newsletter (Whop).

Compute: Answers and reports drafted on your Claude Code subscription; no live chatbot.

Pricing & revenue estimate: $39/month or $349/year; $29 for the first 50. No lifetime deals (Whop bans them). Estimate: 15 presales by day 30; 180 members (≈ $7k/month) is a 12–24-month outcome.

First step: Open the presale in week 3 with 2 sample issues.

I5.6

Agent toolkit: open-source MCP and an Apify actor

What it is: An open-source MCP server and agent skill: the customer's agent fetches ads with their own Meta token, and your code scores, groups variants and labels them. Premium labels unlock on the Team plan via Whop's access check (Whop). The same scoring sells as an Apify actor.

Who uses it (people or agents): Agencies' AI agents, Claude Code and Cursor users, Apify buyers.

Evidence of demand: Apify's top two Meta ad scrapers have ~46k and ~45k users, 7–9k active monthly (Apify); none of the top "winning ads" actors gives a score or EU-reach ranking (Apify). Atria charges $129/month for 600 MCP calls.

Why we can win: You sell scoring, not rows, and nobody else offers an EU-reach growth score.

Build effort (AI): 4–6 days, sharing code with I5.1 and the Apify setup with I1.

Compute: Customer-side (their agent, their token); the actor runs plain code, no model.

Pricing & revenue estimate: MCP free, as distribution. Team $99/month: 3 seats, premium labels, 2 extra niches. Actor ≈ $3 per 1,000 scored ads (estimate). Customers must also pass Meta's ID check, so expect $100–500 a month in year 1.

First step: Publish the MCP on GitHub with a 3-minute demo in week 4.

I do:

You do once (about 2–3 hours):

  1. Confirm your identity at Facebook.com/ID and create a Meta developer app; tell me if Ukraine is refused.
  2. Submit the TikTok Commercial Content API form (reply within 2 working days).
  3. Whop KYC and a UAH payout account (ask if your FOP account works).
  4. Accounts: beehiiv (free), a LinkedIn developer app with "Share on LinkedIn", an X developer account with a few dollars of credit.
  5. Choose the face: brand name only, your name, or your cloned voice (30 minutes of recording).
  6. Agree to two rules: no resale of ad data, and no live customer chatbot.

You do recurring (about 15 minutes a week): approve claims about results; optionally record a 60-second weekly take (likely the biggest growth lever); check Whop payouts land in your FOP account.
