Owned AI-era business ideas — draft v2

Cards have Go deeper, Maybe and Kill buttons. Press Send feedback to save. Your marks from all tabs collect at the end of each page.

Prepared 2026-10-20 from 14 research notes plus your July 2026 strategy docs. v2: seven ideas now have deep-dive tabs (above) and their cards carry a short update; the plan and compute map are in the Plan & compute tab. Your answers to "Questions for you" will change the scores.

Bottom line

How this would run

The model fits best where a platform already handles buyers and payments and an official API covers every recurring action. The AI (Claude Code on your server, on your subscription) builds and operates; you handle identity, contracts, payouts and the steps platforms reserve for a human.

What the AI does

What you do once (one batched checklist)

  1. FOP group 3 — group 2 may not receive service income from non-residents (Murashko) — with a USD account for SWIFT and Payoneer.
  2. Payoneer, and monobank internet acquiring (1.3% UA cards, 2% foreign — monobank) for I2, I4, I13.
  3. Apify: billing details, payout method, ID photo (I1).
  4. Paddle: Sumsub ID + selfie and one approved domain with pricing, terms, refund and privacy pages (I6, I10).
  5. Google/YouTube: 2-Step Verification, channel phone verification, a Cloud project with OAuth set to "In Production" so tokens don't expire every 7 days (Google); later AdSense + W-8BEN (I7, I9).
  6. Meta: Instagram professional account, a Page, a Meta app with you as sole role-holder.
  7. Stores: confirm Apple and Play accounts are personal and yours (not Vortex's); Apple Paid Apps Agreement, DSA trader declaration, Small Business Program (15%); Play ID check; 12 testers × 14 days if the Play account is new (I3).
  8. TikTok accounts for draft posting (I3).
  9. Two decisions: the runtime-model billing path (below) and ownership of partner code (Questions 3 and 5).
  10. Optional: e-Residency + Estonian OÜ before 31 Dec 2026.

What stays recurring for you

Hard limits on AI operation

The Claude billing constraint

Operator work — building, producing, publishing, operating — runs on your Claude subscription through Claude Code. A feature that calls a model when a customer uses it is different: it needs a billing path you explicitly approve and must never use Anthropic API credits. Today LiveCEO, the Loresis forks, PRReviewer, the SalesLTV demo and the ContentFactory CLI run Claude on subscription tokens, so none can be sold to the public as-is.

How ideas were scored

Each idea gets 1–5 on seven dimensions, total out of 35. Ties go to higher Proof, then higher Ownership.

Dimension 5 means 1 means
Proof now (2025–26) Verified earners in this exact model near $10k/month No evidence money reaches people like you
Ownership end-to-end Your product, audience or SEO, and billing You are a supplier or contractor
AI-operability (low owner time) AI runs nearly all recurring work via official APIs You are the operator
Money reaches you (UA rail) Verified fiat into a FOP (wire, Payoneer, monobank) Rail closed
Path to $10k profit Math works with ordinary outcomes Not plannable
Speed to first $ Under 2 weeks 6+ months
Fit with your assets Code you own covers most of it New craft

Reject patterns applied to every idea

  1. The moat is "produce it cheaper or faster" (supply exploded, demand flat).
  2. Volume as strategy: many channels, apps or listings from one template.
  3. One platform loophole as the only distribution.
  4. Proof only from course sellers, gurus or screenshots.
  5. "AI automates nearly 100%" passive-income claims (the FTC's AI-washing pattern).
  6. The AI feature is the product, with no retention loop.
  7. Revenue depends on SEO, affiliate content or display pageviews.
  8. Needs one top-1–5% outcome.
  9. Depends on code-executing iOS apps or store review speed.
  10. Impersonation, real likeness or reposted IP.
  11. Needs Stripe or a residence-gated creator program.
  12. Income only in crypto.
  13. Needs one-by-one client sales or paid traffic.
  14. Kids content or dark-pattern paywalls (the Genesis FTC case).
  15. Russian or Yandex-linked platforms.
  16. Pre-AI-era playbooks: SEO affiliate blogs, Etsy/KDP volume, template faceless channels.

Ideas

Apify actor portfolio

In one line: Package your scrapers as pay-per-event "actors" on Apify Store, where buyers already search, Apify bills them, and the AI keeps the actors healthy.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): a pull of 79,909 Store actors shows the big clusters are taken. Build for mid-size niches with weak leaders instead: TikTok ads, Google Ads Transparency, LinkedIn Ad Library, Google Trends and short-video transcripts. Put every likely search word in the actor title, because agents pick by title first. Estimate: $2.5–5k/month in 6–9 months. → Open the I1 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: Cloud tools returning data per run or result: app-store keywords and reviews, ad-library creatives, B2B software reviews, storefront products, trend signals. Developers, growth teams and AI agents pay Apify per event; Apify keeps 20% and deducts platform costs (Apify docs). Payouts are monthly by PayPal ($20 minimum) or wire ($100) (Apify payouts); the Wise option is likely unusable because Ukraine residents can't hold Wise balances (Wise). Use wire into the FOP USD account — PayPal risks personal-income tax.

Where buyers come from: Store search and categories, actor pages indexed by Google, and AI agents calling actors as MCP tools; Apify claims 10k+ sign-ups a day (Apify). No audience needed — but the distribution is rented: Apify sets pricing rules and retired flat-rent pricing in 2026.

Proof it works now:

  • Apify says it pays "$1.7M monthly" to 5,600 developers (Oct 2026), up from $1.4M reported in April — company figures, unaudited (Apify; Apify blog).
  • "The most successful independent creators… make over $10,000 monthly recurring revenue" — company claim (Apify Help).
  • The average is about $300–470 per developer per month, heavily skewed (AgentByline). Named developers appear only as testimonials; no verified solo dashboard was found.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): You keep about 60–64% of customer spend after the 20% commission and compute (assumed ~20%). $10k payout needs about $15.6–16.7k of monthly spend, $17–19k with other running costs, plus 6% FOP tax. Realistically 5–15 actors at $1–4k each, not one hit.

Timeline (estimate): First dollars 1–4 weeks after publishing; $1k/month in 3–6 months in a good niche; $10k/month in 9–18 months if a few actors hit.

Who does what:

  • AI does: finds niches with weak incumbents (poor success rates, no pay-per-event pricing), wraps code in the Apify SDK, writes READMEs, publishes via apify push, watches daily QA, fixes breakage, adjusts prices (14-day notice, once a month).
  • You once: billing details, payout method, ID photo.
  • You recurring: almost nothing — invoices auto-approve on the 14th; KYC repeats only if billing details change.

Reuse from your projects: MediaMagicASO's ASO tool and Play autosuggest gap scanner (229k queries) → store-data actors; MediaMagicPlatform's G2/Capterra/affiliate-terms collectors → software-review actors; InstaDopamine's instadna → creator analyzer (Instagram scraping risk). Rebuild, don't lift: the storefront scraper is in a BettterAI repo, the trend radar on a Vortex branch, the shipping-doc OCR was a client delivery. Never resell GetHookd or GigRadar data.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Crowded shelves: the catalog went from about 54k to 92k tools in 2026; your July round 3 found 29 Allegro actors, 12+ on pay-per-event.
  • Negative margin is possible: compute comes out of your payout.
  • Public reliability scores: success rates show on every listing, and three failing days mark an actor "under maintenance" (Apify).
  • The early-mover window has likely closed: the pay-per-event migration announced 14 Apr 2026 had a six-month window (inference from dates).
  • Agent payments are tiny: Apify's own x402 endpoint grossed $591 in 30 days (x402scan).
  • Legal exposure from scraping Meta or LinkedIn was not researched.

What kills it: Apify changes fees or rules again; a key site blocks you; a takedown complaint; price undercutting.

2–4 week kill test:

  1. Week 1: find 10 niches where the top actor has many users but a poor rating or no pay-per-event pricing; build 3 actors (store data, ad data, enrichment without an LLM).
  2. Week 2: publish with strong READMEs and low per-event prices.
  3. Weeks 3–4: track outside users, runs, revenue.
  • Kill if all three have fewer than 10 outside paying users and under $50 earned by day 28. Double down on any actor growing 20%+ week over week. (Heuristic thresholds.)

I2

Prozorro tender co-pilot

In one line: A Ukrainian-language web app plus Telegram alert bot that finds tenders for small suppliers, reads tender documents and checks bid packages for the formal errors that lose contracts.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): two corrections. SmartTender already sells an AI document check for about 100 UAH a tender. The 115,512 figure includes direct contracts; about 42,000 FOPs bid competitively in 2025. The edge is now each buyer's public defect history, a 24-hour rescue and a written guarantee, sold as a subscription (not arbitrage). Law 4888-IX starts 24 Mar 2027. → Open the I2 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: A subscription at 990–2,490 UAH/month (note's pricing, untested). FOPs and small companies that bid on Prozorro pay by card via monobank acquiring at 1.3%, or by invoice (monobank). Money lands in UAH in your FOP account — the cleanest rail in this report.

Where buyers come from: All free and owned: auto-generated pages from open procurement data (one per tender or buyer), a free alert bot as lead magnet, Ukrainian explainers on YouTube, supplier word of mouth. Live, transactional-data pages are the kind that still get clicks under AI Overviews (DirectoryGems).

Proof it works now:

  • 115,512 FOPs won state tenders in 2025 (2M+ procurements); 83,422 FOPs won 923,739 tenders in January–early July 2026 (AIN, citing Opendatabot).
  • A new law in spring 2027 requires machine-readable tender documents and widens the error-fix window; businesses fear "losing the contract over a formal error" (Forbes UA).
  • No paid AI tender tool with verified revenue, and no incumbent pricing (Opendatabot, YouControl, Clarity Project), was found. Demand at your price is unproven.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): $10k ≈ 450,000 UAH. After 6% tax and 1.3% acquiring: about 330 subscribers at 1,490 UAH or 490 at 990 UAH — 0.3–0.4% of 2025's FOP winners alone. LLM cost per document is low.

Timeline (estimate): Paid pilot in 3–6 weeks; search traffic compounds over 3–6 months; $10k in 9–18 months if the test converts.

Who does what:

  • AI does: scrapes and parses tenders, CPV-matched alerts, document checklists, pre-filled letters, the generated site, explainer videos, Ukrainian support, billing.
  • You once: acquiring; terms and a liability disclaimer; seed the bot in supplier groups under your own name (automated group posting breaks Meta's rules).
  • You recurring: sign off escalations where a supplier blames a missed requirement; occasional community posts. About 1–3 hours a week (estimate).

Reuse from your projects: Your scrapers and Cloudflare/Hetzner stack; LiveCEO's page generator and wiki builder (your company); Loresis's Telegram bot and approve-before-send pattern; document-parsing know-how from LogisticsRnD (a client delivery — rebuild, don't copy). Billing flag: needs an approved runtime path; Azure credits are one option.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Support creep: B2B buyers expect support; it can drift into consulting.
  • Liability: if a missed requirement costs a contract, the tool gets blamed.
  • Rules move: the 2027 law change means fast checklist updates.
  • Possible competition: incumbents may bundle AI checks; the Defence Ministry will use YouControl to vet suppliers (headline only).
  • Seasonal procurement.
  • Telegram risk: state-security stigma, and the t.me domain was put on hold in July 2026 (AIN) — keep the app and billing on the web.

What kills it: suppliers want a human consultant; incumbents ship it free; Prozorro builds the checks in.

2–4 week kill test:

  1. Build alerts + AI checklist for 2–3 CPV categories (e.g. construction materials, IT equipment, food).
  2. Post free sample checklists in supplier Facebook and Telegram groups.
  3. Reach 30 active users, then ask 990 UAH prepaid for month two.
  • Kill if fewer than 10 pay.

I3

Paywalled niche apps + your own content machine

In one line: Ship hard-paywall single-purpose apps in emotionally charged niches, drive installs with your own AI-made short videos, and kill each app fast if it earns too little per 1,000 views.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: A weekly or yearly subscription (RevenueCat medians: $5.99/week, $34.80/year) for one problem — quitting a habit, a skill goal, a photo/video utility, a casual game. Mostly US/Tier-1 consumers pay via Apple or Google in-app purchase; enrol in Apple's Small Business Program for 15% instead of 30% (Apple). Both stores pay a Ukrainian FOP by USD bank transfer (Google Play; Apple).

Where buyers come from: Your own Reels, Shorts and TikTok accounts plus App Store search via your ASO tooling — no ad spend, but each platform's ranking decides reach. Later lever: once an app earns more per 1,000 views than views cost, buy reach on clipping marketplaces (Content Rewards: $1,000 minimum, 10% fee — Content Rewards); that is paid traffic, outside your current brief.

Proof it works now:

  • Verified, team scale: Cal AI made more than $30M in two years and was bought by MyFitnessPal (March 2026) — by paying "as many people as possible" to post, plus performance ads (TechCrunch).
  • Self-reported: Quittr spent $40K/month on Meta ads; one 9.9M-view creator video "generated $100,000 in 65 hours" (Startup Spells).
  • Closest to your model, self-reported: AI-agent slideshows got Snugly 500k views and $714 MRR in five days; a later 8M-view week left MRR near $714 (Stack Junkie; Luminary Lane).
  • Solo, own content, self-reported, pre-2025: Puff Count reached $40k+ MRR after "hundreds of organic TikToks" over about three years (X).
  • Base rates: 17.3% of new apps reach $1k/month and 4.6% reach $10k within two years; 2025+ launches earn 3% of subscription revenue (RevenueCat). Payment-verified mobile apps on TrustMRR: median $175/month, 5.5% at $10k+, 87% solo (TrustMRR analysis).

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): About $13.7k gross after the 15% store fee and ~10% AI cost → at ~$30 lifetime revenue per payer, ~460 new payers a month → at the 10.7% hard-paywall median, ~4,300 installs → roughly 1.4–3.3M well-targeted views a month at Quittr's or Snugly's early ratios (about 50M at Snugly's later ratio — infeasible). In practice: a handful of posts a month reaching 300k–1M+ views among buyers.

Timeline: First dollar in weeks 3–6; $10k, if ever, in months 4–12. Trend apps decay (Umax fell about 60% in ~17 months).

Who does what:

  • AI does: niche picks from ASO and ad data, app and paywall build, listings, screenshots, translations, daily unique slideshows and videos, posting to Instagram and YouTube via official APIs, analytics loop.
  • You once: personal store accounts, Apple agreements and DSA declaration, Play ID check (+12 testers × 14 days if new), TikTok accounts warmed up by hand for 7–14 days.
  • You recurring: tap "post" on each TikTok draft and pick the sound — about 10–20 minutes a day at 3–6 posts. Optional founder-face videos (Question 1).

Reuse from your projects: MediaMagicASO is your strongest owned asset: ASO tool, 200 checked paid-utility niches, brief→APK factory, store-listing automation, iOS shipping, policy pages. Flags: the uploaded app uses a com.vortex.* ID (move to your own account); Apple rejected Slipstone on 2026-09-30. Video stack: InstaDopamine captions, CreativeCenter packaging playbook, ContentFactory hook rules. Missing: an automatic publishing step.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Conversion per view is the bottleneck, not volume: revenue per 1,000 views spans about 100× ($0.1–10).
  • TikTok: bans automation that runs many accounts; bans can reach "associated accounts"; the same file on two accounts reportedly flags both.
  • Instagram scores a whole month of output for originality since April 2026 (PetaPixel).
  • No fake customers: FTC penalties are about $51,744 per AI "testimonial" (Sidley).
  • Paywall policing: Apple pulled Cal AI over a confusing paywall (TechCrunch); the FTC sued the Ukrainian app group Genesis over dark patterns (FTC).
  • AI apps churn 30% faster; AI-built backends leak (Quittr exposed about 600k users).
  • Billing flag: design the first apps with no AI or a small non-Anthropic model.

What kills it: no breakout after 300k cumulative views; TikTok bans; paywall rejection; fast clones.

2–4 week kill test:

  1. Weeks 1–2: warm up 3 accounts in one niche while the AI builds the app.
  2. Weeks 2–4: 60–90 unique posts pointing to TestFlight, the App Store or a waitlist.
  • Kill if no post passes ~20–50k views and revenue stays under ~$0.50 per 1,000 views after 300k views. Scale at $1.5–2+.

Score: Proof 3 · Ownership 4 · AI-op 3 · Payout 5 · $10k path 2 · Speed 3 · Fit 5 = 25/35

I4

Ukrainian grant-application co-pilot

In one line: A self-serve tool, sold per application, that turns an applicant's answers into a compliant "Власна справа" business proposal, budget and job plan — later UCF, Brave1 and USF packs.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: 790–1,490 UAH per application plus a 299 UAH "AI review"; premium UCF/Brave1/USF packs around 4,990 UAH (untested prices from the note). Aspiring entrepreneurs, veterans, NGOs and FOPs pay via monobank acquiring into your FOP account.

Where buyers come from: Ukrainian search ("бізнес-план на грант власна справа"-style queries), a YouTube walkthrough per application wave, a free eligibility quiz, entrepreneur groups, possibly the state Diia.Business "marketplace of digital solutions" (AIN).

Proof it works now:

  • 34,000+ Ukrainians have received start-up grants; from 1 Sep 2026 grants rose to 100–300k UAH (up to 500k) for start-ups and 500k–1.5M (up to 2.5M) for scale-ups (AIN).
  • Waves open about every 14 days through Diia (AIN); 22,488 microgrants worth 5.3B UAH were paid by March 2025 (AIN).
  • Brave1 (500k–8M UAH — Brave1) and UCF (500k–3M — UCF) are open to FOPs and need complex Ukrainian forms.
  • Applicant counts and plan-writing prices were not found; no paid tool with verified revenue exists in the notes.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~450k UAH net a month ≈ 490 sales at 990 UAH, or ~250 basic plans plus 40 premium packs.

Timeline: First dollars in 2–4 weeks, timed to a wave; $10k depends on unmeasured volume (12+ months, estimate).

Who does what:

  • AI does: tracks program rules, generates plans, budgets and the quiz, builds search pages, a video per wave, support.
  • You once: acquiring, disclaimers ("approval never guaranteed"), seeding groups.
  • You recurring: check the AI's reading of each program redesign (a few hours per change).

Reuse from your projects: The I2 document engine; RestaurantBrain's 21-agent adversarial research method for plan quality; your static site builders and Loresis drafting patterns. Billing flag: runtime LLM.

Hidden difficulties:

  • A related idea was killed in July. "ГрантОс" (5/10) failed because recipients have no mandatory reporting under Resolution 738, so its subscription leg was invented. This one is per-application with no subscription assumption — but every sale is one-off.
  • Evaluators may mark down templated AI plans.
  • The state could publish templates or extend Diia.AI.
  • Paid "grant help" has a scam reputation; never promise approval.
  • Policy shocks: the program was just redesigned.
  • Hidden drop-out: grantees must hire at least one person and operate 3+ years.

What kills it: weak sales across two waves; approval rates collapse; the budget is cut.

2–4 week kill test: Run a free quiz plus the paid generator for the next two waves; promote in 10 entrepreneur groups and 2 YouTube explainers. Target 50 paid plans in 4 weeks; kill below about 15 (heuristic).

Score: Proof 2 · Ownership 5 · AI-op 4 · Payout 5 · $10k path 2 · Speed 4 · Fit 3 = 25/35

I5

Ad-intelligence data asset → teardowns, kits and a paid community

In one line: Publish a free, live dataset of AI-made ads that are scaling (e.g. "every active AI-UGC ad in supplements, ranked by how long it has run"), turn it into daily teardowns, and sell a production kit and a paid community to media buyers.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): Meta's and Google's terms ban reselling ad-library data, so sell teardowns, kits and a community, and give the rankings away. The current scraper is a third-party actor; move to Meta's official API, after checking whether its ID verification accepts you from Ukraine. Use Whop for payments, not Paddle. → Open the I5 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: A $29–49 "AI UGC ad production kit" (story engine, prompts, workflows) and a $49–99/month community or pro data tier, bought by media buyers, DTC founders, UGC freelancers and affiliates. Whop pays Ukraine to a UAH bank account (FOP account acceptance unverified — Whop). Gumroad pays by PayPal only (personal-income risk). Avoid Paddle: its acceptable-use policy blocked marketing services in your July round 2. beehiiv paid tiers, ads and Boosts need Stripe — closed to you (beehiiv).

Where buyers come from: The dataset itself — live, first-party data still gets clicks and AI citations, while ten of eleven big directories lost about 10–98% of US traffic and republishing public data is dying fastest (DirectoryGems); daily short teardowns on YouTube, Instagram, X, LinkedIn; Skool/Whop discovery; a free newsletter.

Proof it works now:

  • AI Video Bootcamp: 29.7k members at $9/month (Skool).
  • Aggregator estimates: AI Automation Society Plus ~3,600–3,700 × $129, Maker School ~2,100–2,500 × $184 (StealWhatWorks) — all built on big prior audiences (Nate Herk's channel dates to 2013, plus an agency — source).
  • TrustMRR (solo, payment-verified) makes $23,984 MRR but launched to a 127k X audience (TrustMRR; DirectoryGems).
  • No AI-ads newsletter or community with disclosed 2025–26 revenue was found.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): After ~10% fees: about 225 members at $49, 115 at $97, or 1,250 at $9.

Timeline: First kit sales in 2–6 weeks with daily posting; $10k in 9–24 months.

Who does what:

  • AI does: scrapes ad libraries and ranks longevity, builds the public data site, writes daily teardowns, cuts videos, runs the newsletter, moderates, updates the kit.
  • You once: Whop KYC; choose the public face (your name? cloned voice?).
  • You recurring: optional weekly live Q&A for premium pricing; approve claims about results.

Reuse from your projects: MediaMagicPlatform (Foreplay ad-library collectors, creative and landing-page generators, "taste" doctrine); the Meta Ads Library scraper (~$0.00075 per ad per your July docs); ContentFactory (trend signals, approval UI, 771-summary AI-tooling wiki, never posted); AdvertorialTikTok's story-engine kit; video-dna skills. Flags: GetHookd data is third-party; the Kaye corpus is private; MediaMagic needs clean-up first (plaintext passwords in git history, links tied to someone else's identity, CAPTCHA bypass).

Hidden difficulties:

  • Not the killed ad-spy subscription. July killed a $99–299/month ad-spy product (AdHeart sells real-time data at $53–69; Telegram channels pirate it in days). This gives data away and charges for know-how.
  • Price compression: "learn AI video" sells for $9/month; only narrow, outcome-linked offers hold $49–184.
  • Churn: money-themed audiences churn ~16.67% a month (beehiiv).
  • Stale workflows every few months; Meta Ads Library terms not researched.
  • Trust without a face is harder, and "make money with AI" sits near FTC AI-washing — keep claims factual.

What kills it: weak first sales; a scraping block; fast clones.

2–4 week kill test (3 weeks): One breakdown a day plus two data teardowns a week; a $29–49 kit on Whop and a free group. Kill if under $500 in sales or under 300 free members.

Open-source AI video pipeline with a paid hosted tier

In one line: Open-source a demo-friendly slice of your video stack (e.g. "product photo → 15 UGC ad variants" or a beat-synced montage renderer), let GitHub attention bring users, and charge for a one-click hosted version or pre-built installer.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): downgraded to a distribution asset. HeyGen gives away a renderer with 67.8k stars, and only 0.3% of 2026 video repos reach 1,000 stars, so the 1,000-stars kill test below is replaced. Lead with two pieces nobody ships: video-dna and shorts-qa. Build for agents, sell to the people running them. → Open the I6 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: A monthly pass or credit packs for creators and small sellers who can't self-host. Paddle bills (software only; wire or Payoneer, $100 minimum, 5% + $0.50 — Paddle). GitHub Sponsors excludes Ukraine except via a 10% fiscal host, and donations are tiny anyway (GitHub).

Where buyers come from: GitHub trending and search, awesome-lists, Show HN, r/selfhosted, r/StableDiffusion, YouTube "trending repo" creators, and AI coding agents recommending popular repos (inference).

Proof it works now:

  • Deep-Live-Cam (97,136 stars) sells a pre-built version at $22/month (plans).
  • Krita AI Diffusion (10,743 stars) funnels to Interstice cloud packs at €10–28 (Interstice).
  • MoneyPrinterTurbo (133,189 stars) sells README sponsor slots to AI API resellers (GitHub).
  • None publishes revenue, and all are top-tier repos. Open WebUI's creator has 42 public sponsors on a ~156k-star repo (GitHub).

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): About 530 paying users at $20/month (~$18.80 after tax). At 0.5–1% conversion of reach, that needs 50k–110k stars-equivalent — top-200 AI repo territory.

Timeline: 4–8 weeks to first dollars if the repo trends; 12+ months to $10k, only after a breakout.

Who does what:

  • AI does: extracts the slice, one-command Docker, README GIFs, demos, hosted wrapper, Paddle checkout, issue triage.
  • You once: Paddle KYC and domain; licence choice; launch posts on HN and Reddit from your accounts.
  • You recurring: occasional maintainer decisions.

Reuse from your projects: Owned: MontageRnD's canvas-to-ffmpeg renderer (98 s of video in ~82 s on CPU), the Suno → Whisper → retime chain, InstaDopamine captions. Flags: MontageRnD demos use Vortex game art; the MMS_FA aligner is non-commercial (replace); Suno and Eleven Music outputs have commercial limits; AdCut and the Spielberg engine belong to AgentRadar; Remotion is free only up to 3 employees and forbids selling a derivative (Remotion).

Hidden difficulties:

  • Crowded: thousands of near-identical "AI shorts generator" repos; breakout is a lottery.
  • Licence trade-off: MIT invites paid clones; AGPL slows adoption.
  • Hosting cost: GPU and model spend must be capped. Billing flag: runtime model calls need approval.
  • Bad actors: impersonation scams (NarratoAI warns of a fake token) and fake stars; deepfake exposure if faces are involved.

What kills it: under 1,000 stars or under 10 paid checkouts in 30 days.

2–4 week kill test: Open-source one slice; post to Show HN, r/selfhosted, r/StableDiffusion and X/Telegram AI channels; add a "skip setup, run in the cloud" Paddle checkout. Kill if under 1,000 stars or under 10 paid checkouts in 30 days.

Owned 2D character universe on YouTube

In one line: A named cast of stylized 2D characters with human-written scripts and code-built rigs, weekly long episodes plus Shorts, earning from YouTube, Patreon and later licensing.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): being AI-made isn't the risk; templated sameness and the made-for-kids flag are. Rigs in code put an episode at about $3–6. Estimated odds are about 3% for $10k by month 24, so run two pilots (Lab Crew vs Signal Lost) and decide on 30 Nov 2026. → Open the I7 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: YouTube ads on long videos (55% creator share) and memberships; Patreon tiers (early episodes, plot votes); later licensing and merch. AdSense pays by USD wire, with a W-8BEN for the 10% treaty rate on US-viewer earnings (AdSense; IRS). Patreon pays UAH via Payoneer, 10% fee for new creators (Patreon). Facebook monetization opened to Ukrainians in beta (Aug 2025) but pays little — $97.44 for 1.3M views in one case (Cityhost).

Where buyers come from: YouTube home and suggested feeds, Shorts for discovery, and extra audio-language tracks (pilot creators got 25%+ of watch time from other languages — PPC Land). Channel, patrons and IP are yours.

Proof it works now:

  • Recurring characters drive the biggest AI audiences: Bandar Apna Dost, 2.07B views, est. $4.25M/year (Social Blade model, not payouts — Kapwing).
  • AI-born characters reached licensing: Tung Tung Tung Sahur became a Fortnite skin (April 2026); a lawyer claims "Steal a Brainrot" earns eight figures a month (GamesBeat). COL's AI series reached three seasons (Variety).
  • Counter-evidence: a recurring-format channel (Imperio de Jesus) was still purged in January 2026 (Tubefilter); "Fruit Love Island" got 300M views in nine days, then died after mass reporting (Gizmodo).
  • No verified solo AI character channel at $10k/month.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~$11.5–12k gross. Ads alone: ~4.9M long-form views a month at the $2.43 entertainment median RPM (AIR via Clipflux). A mixed path: 2M views × $3 RPM ≈ $6,000 + 500 patrons × ~$6 ≈ $3,000 + licensing, merch and music ≈ $2,500.

Timeline: Patreon from the first few hundred engaged fans; first ad dollar in 4–9 months if the format catches; $10k in 12–24 months for the top few percent. From 1 Feb 2027 new partners need 1,000 subscribers + 8,000 watch hours (TechCrunch).

Who does what:

  • AI does: character bible, scripts via your story engine, rigs and animation, voices, theme songs, editing, Shorts, dubs, API uploads (synthetic flag only where realistic), comments, Patreon posts.
  • You once: YouTube verification, AdSense + W-8BEN, Patreon + Payoneer, trademarks on character names (costs not researched).
  • You recurring: optional creative sign-off per season arc, ~1–2 hours a week (estimate). Taste is the scarce input, not production.

Reuse from your projects: Spine2D-Rnd's rig-in-code tools (frame-exact consistency — the hardest part of AI series), AdvertorialTikTok's story engine, AdFactoryNarrativeFormat's continuity/lip-sync/speech tools, the AdFactorySongFormat + MontageRnD song and beat-sync chain, CreativeCenter's packaging playbook. Flags: Spine2D-Rnd was built for Vortex with Vortex art (Question 3); the StartingRnD passport toolkit is for real people's likeness, so characters must be fully synthetic; Suno's post-settlement commercial terms are unverified.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Writing is the bottleneck: weekly English comedy or drama from a non-native team.
  • Templated signals can demonetize the whole channel — vary structure and arcs.
  • Don't look like kids' content: a "made for kids" label means $0.33 median RPM and no comments.
  • Copyright needs human authorship: prompts alone don't create it (USCO); the Supreme Court declined the AI-authorship case on 2 Mar 2026 (docket). Document authorship and file trademarks before virality.
  • Brigading and clones are likely.
  • Optional grant lane: UCF funds "animated series for social networks" (500k–3M UAH, FOPs eligible, 20% co-financing; 2026 call ran 15 Dec 2025–15 Feb 2026) — project money with reporting, and UCF's view on AI production is unknown (UCF).

What kills it: after ~500k Shorts views, under 0.3 subscribers per 1,000 and nobody names a character; any limited-ads or reused-content flag.

2–4 week kill test: Two pilots (character comedy vs serialized mini-drama), each one 8–12-minute episode and 10 Shorts over 3 weeks. Pass by day 21 if: ≥1 subscriber per 1,000 Shorts views; average view duration ≥40%; ≥5% of comments name a character; viewers return for episode 2.

Poki-first web game pipeline

In one line: Build small, original HTML5 games, use Poki's free playtests to find the ones players stick with, and let the portals' 100M+ monthly players do the distribution.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: Ad impressions through portal SDKs. Poki splits 50/50 on players it brings and pays 100% on direct players, in exchange for default 5-year web exclusivity; it pays by wire or PayPal (Poki). CrazyGames pays an undisclosed traffic-based amount (+50% for two months' exclusivity) via Tipalti, €100 minimum (CrazyGames). No country exclusions; payout to a Ukrainian FOP is likely but unconfirmed by a Ukrainian developer.

Where buyers come from: Advertisers pay; the players who generate impressions come from Poki's 100M monthly players and "a significant push for around 2 weeks" after global release; CrazyGames' new-games carousel; rejects go to long-tail syndication (Y8 50%, GameMonetize 45%, Playgama 70–90% of net — skip Playgama's Playhop channel, which runs on the Yandex Games SDK).

Proof it works now:

  • Poki 2025: 625M players, 227 new releases, 1,018 games past 1M plays (Poki).
  • Vortella's Dress Up (two people) hit 16M plays a month (Poki blog); Emolingo (five) averages ~800k plays a day; Blumgi (solo) built "a very good living by stacking games" but warns the bar is stricter now (Poki blog).
  • All from Poki's own blog, no dollar figures. A typical solo first game sits at 40–60 concurrent players (HN).
  • Parallel lane: Voodoo Academy pays $600 for your first three prototypes and $1,000 per high-potential one, and cites a solo Ukrainian whose Color Clash passed 10M downloads (Voodoo) — but the publisher owns distribution.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): About $2–12 per 1,000 plays after the portal share (inferred; no portal publishes it) → ~0.9–5.3M plays a month. Stacking: 10 games × 150k plays × $6 per 1,000 ≈ $9k.

Timeline: Poki global release ~7–11 weeks after submission; first payout in 2–3 months; $10k at best in ~6 months, typically 12–24 for winners, never for most.

Who does what:

  • AI does: games under 10–20 MB working in portrait and landscape, 34-language localization, covers and trailers, playtest-driven iteration, uploads via the Poki CLI.
  • You once: portal accounts, contracts, billing.
  • You recurring: request each Poki review, upload to CrazyGames, read staff feedback — about 1–2 hours a week.

Reuse from your projects: MediaMagicASO's game design system and ship-game workflows; Slipstone (rejected on iOS) as a web test; Spine2D tooling for tiny builds (Vortex flag); your video stack for covers and trailers. Don't reuse AINativeGameDevPlatform's gamedev/ and TECH_EXAMPLES/ (Vortex production stack).

Hidden difficulties:

  • Curation: Poki hand-picks ~4–5 games a week; the player test needs average playtime over 3 minutes and 25%+ of plays over 3 minutes (Poki).
  • AI policy: "AI should empower, not shortcut"; games that "feel heavily tool-assisted or rapidly assembled" don't pass (Poki); Y8 rejects "mass-generated games".
  • Supply flood: YouTube Playables Builder and Google Playground (launched 7 Oct 2026) turn prompts into games (Google).
  • Exclusivity also covers Discord and YouTube Playables.
  • Opaque money: "indicative" terms, no in-app purchases on Poki, Black Friday spikes, January slumps; the audience is now half mobile and "TikTok-like".

What kills it: nothing passes the player test after 2–3 iterations per game.

2–4 week kill test (4 weeks): Build 3 micro-games; run daily Poki playtests, the player test, then a ~10k-player web test on the best; put 2 into CrazyGames Basic Launch. Go at 3+ minutes average with 25%+ over 3 minutes and ~3/5 on the web test, or 8–10+ minutes and 8%+ day-1 retention on CrazyGames. Kill if every game is under half those bars.

High-research explainer channel (English, long-form)

In one line: One English YouTube channel of researched, visually distinct 10–25-minute explainers in education, science, history or tech, narrated by a clone of your own voice, with dubbed tracks for reach.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: AdSense and YouTube Premium revenue (55% long-form share), later sponsors and your own products; USD wire with a W-8BEN at the 10% treaty rate.

Where buyers come from: Advertisers pay via AdSense; viewers arrive from the home feed, suggested videos, search on evergreen topics and multi-language audio tracks.

Proof it works now:

  • Education & Science has the highest median RPM, $10.22, from 300 channels' own analytics (May 2025–May 2026); tech, finance and gaming sit around $2 (AIR via Clipflux).
  • Geography matters as much: US RPM $5.14, Germany $1.37 (Dynamoi).
  • AI-assisted educational work is allowed, and disclosure doesn't limit reach (YouTube).
  • The only verified AI-first operator, Adavia Davis (~$40–60k/month across 5 channels; Fortune reviewed records), makes AI-narrated sleep-history videos at an implied ~$0.7–1.0 RPM — the format closest to what YouTube purged in January 2026 (VnExpress/Fortune).
  • No verified AI-assisted explainer channel with 2025–26 numbers — the biggest evidence gap.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~$12k gross ≈ 1.2M views a month at $10 RPM — e.g. 40–60 evergreen videos averaging 20–30k views each. If sponsors and products make AdSense only 30–40% of income, ~400–600k views.

Timeline: First dollar in 6–12+ months; $10k in 18–36 months, if at all. YouTube's 24 Aug 2026 view-counting change probably lowers measured RPM (inference).

Who does what:

  • AI does: topic research with your scrapers, sourced scripts, storyboards, animation and data visuals, editing, thumbnail A/B tests, dubs, uploads, chapters.
  • You once: record 30+ minutes for a clone of your own voice (no AI disclosure needed for your own narration); YouTube verification; AdSense.
  • You recurring: about zero; optional fact-check sign-off.

Reuse from your projects: CreativeCenter's packaging playbook and YouTube ingest; RestaurantBrain's adversarial research method; Spine2D and MontageRnD renderers; InstaDopamine's voice-clone skill; scrapers for original data stories.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Insight beats production; titles and thumbnails decide click-through.
  • Voice matters: one network claims human narration earns 2.8× AI voice (unsourced).
  • No published limits on upload rate or "enough variation".
  • AI "expert" personas on health, legal or finance can't be monetized.
  • The old 4,000-hour bar ends 31 Jan 2027 (~103 days) — a bonus, not a plan. Sponsors pay for trust.

What kills it: after 4–6 videos, none passes 5k views in 14 days, click-through stays under 4%, or average view duration under 35%.

2–4 week kill test (3–4 weeks, under $300): Publish 4–6 fully custom 8–12-minute videos on one sub-topic. Continue if one breaks out in the home or suggested feeds.

AI product-media add-on for merchants (Shopify app + Google Sheets add-on)

In one line: One engine that turns product data into product photos and short clips, sold where merchants already search: the Shopify App Store and the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): reworked into ProofCut. It shows which ad formats are scaling in a merchant's category, then renders ads from the merchant's real photos and reviews, with no runtime AI model. Drop the Sheets half. Estimate: $0.5–4k MRR in year one. → Open the I10 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: About $19–49/month plus credits. Shopify bills merchants and keeps 0% of your first $1M lifetime revenue (2.9% processing, $19 registration — Shopify) and pays partners via Hyperwallet in USD, likely open to Ukraine (Shopify). Workspace has no built-in billing, so you bill through Paddle.

Where buyers come from: In-store search ("AI product photos", "bulk image generator"), reviews, badges.

Proof it works now:

  • GPT for Work claims 7M+ Workspace installs and calls itself a bootstrapped, profitable team of 40 (self-reported — GPT for Work).
  • No product-media add-on or Shopify AI video app with verified 2025–26 solo revenue was found.
  • Image/photo AI tools have the lowest median of any AI category on TrustMRR, $146/month (TrustMRR analysis).

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): $29 − Paddle $1.95 − ~35% compute − tax ≈ $15 profit per subscriber → ~660 subscribers → 33k–66k installs at 1–2% paid conversion.

Timeline (estimate): Workspace 3–6 weeks to first dollars (longer if Google requires a security review); Shopify review time unknown; $10k in 12–24 months.

Who does what:

  • AI does: both storefront versions on one backend, listings, demo videos, support, compute caps.
  • You once: Shopify Partner account, Google brand verification, Paddle KYC and domain.
  • You recurring: a yearly Google security re-check if you request restricted data (design to avoid it); support escalations.

Reuse from your projects: BettterAIDesignBuilder's Shopify app skeleton (login, webhooks, privacy page, quotas, worker) and parallel image jobs — domain logic and data are Bettter's, so confirm reuse (Question 3); UGS's Kie client with receipts; Higgsfield and nano-banana workflows; the installed shopify skill.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Thin margins: GPT for Work's $25 plan includes $25 of usage (pricing).
  • Security reviews for restricted Google scopes repeat yearly (Google).
  • Support load leans toward client service; per-generation video cost can exceed revenue.
  • Platform absorption: Gemini in Sheets or Shopify's own AI could take the feature (unverified).
  • A killed angle: July's "MainImage Lab" died because AI main images break Amazon policy — don't pitch Amazon main images.
  • Billing flag: generation models are cost of goods you must approve.

What kills it: few organic installs; no paid conversions.

2–4 week kill test: Sheets: ship a current-sheet-only add-on with a free quota and Paddle upgrade; kill if under 100 organic installs in 3 weeks or no paid conversion by week 4. Shopify: kill if under 30 installs or under 3 paid within 3 weeks of approval.

Ukrainian combat-FPV drone simulator on Steam

In one line: A $9.99–14.99 Steam drone sim built with frontline-pilot advice: jamming, battery limits, a mission editor, real controller support.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: A game for Steam players worldwide; Steam pays monthly by USD SWIFT wire ($100 minimum), and publishing costs $100 per game (Steam).

Where buyers come from: Steam wishlists and discovery, drone-combat gameplay Shorts, FPV and military communities.

Proof it works now:

  • UFDS ($29.99), a military trainer moved to Steam, has 899 reviews since 10 Dec 2025 (Steam; AIN).
  • Remote Reaper, by a solo Ukrainian developer ($14.99), got 284 reviews in six days after its 14 Oct 2026 launch (Steam).
  • FPV Kamikaze Drone ($5.99) has 13,092 reviews (Steam).
  • Revenue is undisclosed for all; the 30–60 sales-per-review rule of thumb is unverified.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~$7 net per $14.99 sale → ~1,450 sales a month (≈25–50 new reviews by the rule of thumb).

Timeline: 3–6 months to first dollars; $10k needs a hit.

Who does what:

  • AI does: assets, terrain, UI, voices, translations, trailers, Steam page, Shorts.
  • You once: Steamworks setup and tax interview; recruit 10 FPV pilots as advisers and testers.
  • You recurring: playtests, pilot relations, community — the sim must feel right to real pilots. Several hours a week.

Reuse from your projects: The video stack for trailers. Your 2D/Spine/HTML5 tooling doesn't cover 3D flight physics — weak fit.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Crowded: 10+ drone-war titles in 2025–26; flight physics and controller support are the moat.
  • Opsec and ethics: never include real tactics, positions or frequencies.
  • Hard to market on YouTube: military content earns $0.40–0.50 RPM and is often demonetized (Forbes UA).
  • AI disclosure: 7,818 Steam games disclosed generative AI in 2025 (Tom's Hardware).

What kills it: under ~1,000 wishlists after the trailer; pilots call the physics "arcade".

2–4 week kill test: In 2–3 weeks publish a "coming soon" page and 3 gameplay Shorts; run playtests with 10 FPV pilots. Target 2,000+ wishlists within 4 weeks.

Atlassian Forge micro-apps (100% revenue window)

In one line: A portfolio of narrow paid Jira and Confluence utilities on Atlassian's Forge framework; Atlassian bills customers and passes you 100% until $1M lifetime.

Deep-dive update (2026-10-20): 6,696 apps pulled. The shelf is crowded (median 6–16 installs), but some openings have deadlines: 293 frozen Connect apps lose support on 31 Jan 2027. The top three are Diagram Blocks, Leak Guard and API Shelf, all with no runtime model. Confirm that Atlassian pays out to a Ukrainian account before building app #2. → Open the I12 tab

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: Per-user subscriptions bought by Jira/Confluence admins after a 30-day trial. Atlassian invoices, collects tax, and once you're owed $500+ pays by transfer to "a valid bank account in your name"; individuals can register (Partner Agreement; pricing). Ukraine is likely open (only US-embargoed regions excluded) but unconfirmed in onboarding.

Where buyers come from: Marketplace search inside Jira and Confluence; Atlassian Solution Partners who resell apps.

Proof it works now:

  • $6B lifetime sales, 350K+ customers (Atlassian).
  • Narrow-niche demand: "Time in Status" has 5,210 installs and 258 reviews (3.68★); a paid rival 1,338 installs (Marketplace API).
  • No named solo vendor with verified revenue.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~$10.7–11k gross ≈ 180–370 paying companies at an assumed $30–60/month, across 3–5 apps.

Timeline: First dollars 2–4 months after launch; $10k in 12–30 months.

Who does what:

  • AI does: mines unanswered Community questions, builds Forge apps (TypeScript/React), docs, demo videos, support.
  • You once: vendor registration, bank details, possibly a security questionnaire.
  • You recurring: support escalations and security reviews.

Reuse from your projects: Little direct code — PR-analytics ideas from LoresisGithub and PRReviewer's multi-reviewer pattern (built for a Vortex client, ideas only).

Hidden difficulties:

  • AI gets absorbed: July killed AgencyMemory and StudioBrain because Rovo AI is free in Jira; round 3's Forge AI-governance idea (7.4/10) failed on demand.
  • What's new: the 100% window started 1 Jan 2026; after $1M you keep 83%, and older Connect apps keep only 75% from 1 Oct 2026.
  • Running costs: Forge hosting is billed since January 2026; Forge LLM credits have no free tier.
  • Slow cash: 30-day refunds, money 2–4 months after launch; low reviews in commodity niches signal price wars.
  • Fragile terms: apps must stay Forge-only, and Atlassian can change the 100% policy.
  • monday.com sibling: mandatory monday billing with Payoneer payouts, but monday forbids AI-generated "vibe code" apps (round 3).

What kills it: few trials in month one; few trials converting.

2–4 week kill test: Mine Community questions and weak Marketplace results; build one Forge app in 1–2 weeks. Kill if under 15–20 trials or installs in the first 30 days, or under 3 trial-to-paid by day 60.

Diaspora status co-pilot (Germany, Poland, Czechia)

In one line: Photograph an official letter, get a Ukrainian explanation, the deadline and a draft reply — plus checklists for the 2026–27 status transition.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: €1.99 per letter or €4.99/month, paid by Ukrainians under temporary protection via monobank acquiring (2% foreign cards) or the App Store — not Telegram Stars.

Where buyers come from: Diaspora Telegram, Facebook and Viber groups (sizes unverified), Ukrainian explainer videos, NGO and consulate partners.

Proof it works now:

  • 4.43M people were under temporary protection on 31 Aug 2026 (1.29M in Germany, 939k in Poland); protection runs to 4 Mar 2027 (Eurostat).
  • Poland ended its special regime on 5 Mar 2026 (AIN).
  • But 10+ German letter-explainer apps launched in 2026 have 0–15 ratings each (App Store search) — the tool is a commodity and willingness to pay is unproven.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~2,000 subscribers at €4.99 via monobank, or 2,300–2,800 via the App Store.

Timeline: Bot MVP in 2–3 weeks; demand may shrink after March 2027.

Who does what:

  • AI does: OCR, translation, drafting, checklists, the bot.
  • You once: acquiring, legal-advice disclaimers, GDPR setup.
  • You recurring: build trust in diaspora groups yourself (automated posting breaks the rules); review accuracy when laws change.

Reuse from your projects: Loresis's draft-in-your-voice, send-on-approval engine; your Telegram bot runner and OCR know-how. Billing flag: runtime LLM.

Hidden difficulties: Germany's legal-services law and GDPR on sensitive documents (flagged, unverified); EU VAT on digital services to consumers (flagged); low ability to pay among benefit recipients; three countries' rules; Telegram outages.

What kills it: heavy free use with under 1% paying.

2–4 week kill test: Seed a free bot in 10 German and Polish groups; charge €1.99 for the "draft reply" step. Target 200 letters a week and 5%+ paying for drafts within 3 weeks.

Telegram Stars video bot (your Spielberg bot)

In one line: Switch the existing Telegram AI video-editing bot to Telegram Stars render packs and open a Telegram affiliate program so channel owners promote it.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: Render packs and a subscription in Stars, bought by Telegram users through Apple, Google or Fragment. You withdraw via Fragment as TON/"Gram" after a 21-day hold, netting about $0.013 per Star (AdsGram; Telegram). Crypto income likely doesn't fit FOP group 3, meaning about 18% + 5% personal tax.

Where buyers come from: Telegram's built-in affiliate directory, where channel owners pick bots to promote (commission can be raised, never lowered — Telegram); your channel; short demos; 2026 AI-bot features like guest AI bots.

Proof it works now: None verified for Stars bots; two separate research passes reached the same conclusion.

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): With compute at 35–50% and 23% tax, $20–26k gross ≈ 1.5–2.0M Stars a month (3,000–4,000 subscribers at 500 Stars).

Timeline: 1–2 weeks to switch plus the 21-day hold; $10k unknown.

Who does what:

  • AI does: Stars integration, affiliate program, demos, operations.
  • You once: confirm ownership with the AgentRadar partners; Fragment KYC.
  • You recurring: withdrawals and crypto tax handling.

Reuse from your projects: SpielberdProd: the Spielberg engine (7 agent roles), per-user studio harness, live Stripe billing. Flags: it belongs to the AgentRadar venture and docs conflict on whether it has paying users; its Stripe checkout breaks Telegram's Stars-only rule for digital goods, and Stripe doesn't serve Ukraine residents — check which entity owns that account; the agents run on Claude Code, so a public paid bot needs an approved runtime billing path.

Hidden difficulties:

  • Clawbacks: Apple/Google refunds within 21 days remove Stars.
  • Payout risk: Fragment "may be unable to issue rewards… in certain countries".
  • Low ARPU in Telegram-heavy regions; likeness and NSFW moderation of uploads.
  • Platform risk: the t.me domain hold (July 2026) and Telegram's contested status in Ukraine.

What kills it: few payers and no affiliates after three weeks.

2–4 week kill test: Week 1: switch to Stars and open an affiliate program. Weeks 2–3: post 15–20 output demos. Kill by day 21 if under 20 paying users, under 1,000 Stars per 1,000 users, or zero affiliates.

AI-economy prizes and bounties (film contests + RL-environment bounties)

In one line: Use your production speed for funded AI film contests and paid training environments for AI labs — windfalls, credibility and distribution, not salary.

What you sell → who pays → how money reaches you: Films and environments; contest sponsors and AI labs pay through prize pools and bounties. Payout rails and Ukraine eligibility are unverified for all.

Where buyers come from: Organizers and bounty sponsors post briefs and tasks publicly, so there is no selling — but no owned distribution either. Sponsors amplify winners, so winning pieces double as portfolio and distribution for your other tracks.

Proof it works now:

  • 1 Billion Followers Summit: $1M grand prize, deadline 20 Nov 2026 (1BF).
  • Chroma Awards: $263,750 this season, 27 tool-sponsor categories, closes 7 Jan; Season 3 drew 6,500+ submissions (Chroma).
  • Runway AI Festival: $135k+, $50k Grand Prix (Runway).
  • Prime Intellect bounties: $100–500 open, $1–5k+ application-only (Prime Intellect); Datacurve has paid $1M+ in bounties (TechCrunch).

Math to $10k/month profit (estimate): ~$41 per Chroma submission on average; a top-decile AI filmmaker might earn $10–60k a year in good years; bounties $1–5k in good months. Not a $10k/month plan.

Timeline: Bounties pay in weeks; contests take 3–7 months (Chroma's ceremony is April 2027).

Who does what:

  • AI does: films, environments and their automated checkers.
  • You once: entries, accounts, a review of rights granted.
  • You recurring: about zero.

Reuse from your projects: AdvertorialTikTok's story engine, AdFactoryNarrativeFormat, CreativeCenter, your video-dna-make skill; PRReviewer's parallel-reviewers-plus-verifier pattern for checkers.

Hidden difficulties: everyone has the same tools, so story and taste decide; sponsor categories require that sponsor's tool and organizers take rights; Ukraine eligibility unverified; bounty supply set by 1–2 sponsors, possible crypto payouts, Kaggle-grandmaster competition.

What kills it: no shortlists and no bounty income.

2–4 week kill test: One 1 Billion Followers entry by 20 Nov 2026; 3–5 Chroma sponsor-category entries by 7 Jan; 2 Prime Intellect environments and 3 Shipd tasks in 2 weeks. Pass if ≥$500 is paid and ≥1 application-only invite arrives.

How the ideas stack

Five engines carry most ideas — build each once, sell it several times:

  1. Data/scraper engine → I1, I5, I2: sell runs on Apify, publish data as free distribution, parse open procurement data. Actors built for I5 can also list on Apify.
  2. Ukrainian document-AI engine → I2, I4, I13: parse, check, draft in Ukrainian, bill via monobank, rank in Ukrainian search. Build for I2; I4 is then cheap.
  3. Content machine (video stack + publishing step) → I3, I7, I9, I5, plus trailers for I8/I11 and demos for I6. The publishing step is the missing piece; build it in weeks 1–2.
  4. Media-generation engine → I10, I6, I14: one "input → generated media" backend behind three storefronts.
  5. Game engine → I8, I11, games inside I3. Gaming has the highest share of new subscription apps reaching $10k MRR, 8.9% (RevenueCat).

Recommended portfolio (three tracks + one dated shot):

Illustrative portfolio math (estimate, not a forecast):

Track Monthly at a mid-level outcome
I1 Apify $3–4k
I2 + I4 $3–5k
I3 $2–4k
Total ≈ $8–13k

These levels could arrive 9–18 months out if kill tests pass. Each is top-quartile-or-better for its channel, so treat the total as a stretch goal.
